Requirements:

1. Doctoral Degree or at least Doctoral Student in any major
2. Not be older than 50 years old
3. Has a high passion for research, teaching, and learning
4. Having publications in reputable international/national journals is highly preferable
5. Do not have NIDN is highly preferable
